Research
Dr. Jessica Roberts’ research focuses on designing learning environments that use technology to mediate social and collaborative learning. Drawing on theories from the Learning Sciences, her work investigates how people learn and how to create effective learning interactions across various contexts. Dr. Roberts directs the TILEs Lab and specializes in geospatial analysis, data visualization, and informal learning environments.
