Research
Dr. Søren Salomo is Professor and Head of the Department of Technology and Innovation Management at TU Berlin. His research focuses on innovation processes within firms and ecosystems, including product and service development, radical innovation, and innovation measurement. He leads studies on creative work in virtual environments, exploring how virtual spaces can enhance innovation outcomes. His work uses quantitative empirical methods and spans industries from manufacturing to healthcare, with a strong emphasis on the intersection of technology, organization, and human behavior.
